What to expect when you call
A dispatcher will ask where you are, what kind of device you have and whether this is scheduled service or an emergency. For scheduled work we will offer the next available slot on your route, usually within the week, and confirm a time window. For emergencies we will give you an estimated arrival time before you hang up.
On site, the crew measures grease depth, pumps and scrapes the unit, inspects the fittings, refills with water and leaves a service record with the manifest number.
