What we do, and what we do not do
We do one thing: keep fats, oils and grease out of Bay Area sewers by servicing the devices that catch them. That means fully pumping and scraping grease traps and interceptors, inspecting their fittings, refilling them, hauling the waste to permitted facilities and documenting every visit.
We do not skim traps and call it a cleaning, we do not dump waste anywhere but a permitted receiving facility, and we do not sell you visits you do not need. On the first service we measure the grease depth and recommend an interval based on what your kitchen actually produces.
How we work with Bay Area sewer agencies
The Bay Area has more than a dozen wastewater agencies, each with its own FOG program: SFPUC, EBMUD, Central San, Union Sanitary District, Silicon Valley Clean Water, the San Jose–Santa Clara regional program, Delta Diablo, DSRSD and the smaller city and district programs. Their rules share a core, the 25 percent standard and the requirement for on-site records with disposal manifests, but their inspection habits differ.
Our service record is designed to satisfy all of them. It lists the date, device size, grease and solids depth measured before pumping, volume removed, condition notes, any missing or damaged parts, and the manifest number for disposal. We keep a copy of every record, so if yours is lost during a change of management we can resend it.

Who we serve
Independent restaurants make up most of our route, from a single under-sink trap to a shared interceptor under a mixed-use building. We also hold recurring contracts with hotels, hospitals, universities, school districts, corporate campus cafeterias, event venues and food manufacturers, with fixed rotations, per-unit records and consolidated invoicing.
